“I purchased a silver necklace from http://www.intentionaltreasures.com in December. I wanted to have the necklace so I could constantly remind myself to clean. On January 3, 2007 it arrived. Not only did the necklace arrive in a pretty little bag, but Suzanne Burns threw in for free, a silk coaster, and nice letter. Apparently she had taken it upon herself to bring my necklace to Zero Limits II in Maui and get Dr. Hew Len to clean it. How great is that? I’ve only had the necklace for one day, but I am so thrilled about the quality, and how great Suzanne is to deal with I just had to write a testimonial.
If you’ve read Zero Limits by Joe Vitale, or have heard about Self Identity through Ho’oponopono, I definitely recommend getting some products by Suzanne. They are great quality and help you to always clean, plus they bring a positive force into your life. If you study the works of Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, he will tell you that everything holds a living vibration. That includes your house, your computer, the chair you are sitting on, the money that is in your wallet, the car you drive, the airplanes you fly in, etc — basically, he meals all inanimate objects. And according to him, if you listen closely enough, you can actually hear these things talking to you. Dr. Hew Len cites the times where he has heard houses fearing being sold and grieving the loss of the children moving out with their families…airplanes sighing, feeling tired and unappreciated, etc. He emphasizes that EVERYTHING in life, from the air we breathe to the chairs we sit in are sacred. Why is that you may wonder? He says that it means “that how you treat the room and how you treat the chair is how you treat yourself.”
Dr. Hew Len especially has compassion for Mother Earth. He hears her cries and suffering. He is known for saying: “No one says to mother earth: ‘I love you.’”
So, in spirit of Earth Week here is a short cartoon video clip, reminding us all of our ongoing responsibility to CLEAN daily!

If you’ve ever had the privilege of attending a workshop with Dr. Vitale and Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len, you will quickly discover that Ihaleakala does not find profanity offensive. In fact, I believe he even uses it from time to time as a pattern interrupt to pull us out of our trances. When we get all wrapped up in our woes, he is famed for reminding us that being stuck is just the data replaying in our minds — and the great big elaborate stories we tell ourselves and share with others to support our pain — is all just “bullshit.” And that the only true thing that exists is getting back to ZERO.
How do we do that? By cleaning.
How do we clean? By saying, “I’m sorry, please forgive me, I love you, thank you.”
That’s it?
That’s it.
My dear friend, Mathes Jones, is always sending me clever things and she figured I could use a good chuckle. The following story is not new and has been around the internet-block quite a few times, however, it cracks me up every time.
I sent this story to our beloved friend, Ihaleakala and he said he laughed his way through “the whole schitt” and how interesting that it should end up with blood pressure since he is giving distance classes in February called “Self Identity through Ho’oponopono and Hypertension.” Go figure.
Anyway, I won’t leave you hanging any longer. I hope you enjoy the genealogy of “The Schitt’s” as much as we have…….

WHO IS JACK SCHITT?
For some time many of us have wondered just who is Jack Schitt?
We find ourselves at a loss when someone says,
‘You don’t know Jack Schitt!’ Well, thanks to my genealogy efforts,
you can now respond in an intellectual way.
Jack Schitt is the only son of Awe Schitt.
Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate,
married O. Schitt, the owner of Needeep N. Schitt, Inc.
They had one son, Jack.
In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt.
The deeply religious couple produced six children:
Holie Schitt, Giva Schitt, Fulla Schitt, Bull Schitt,
and the twins Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt.
Against her parents’ objections,
Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout.
After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt divorced.
Noe Schitt later married Ted Sherlock,
and because her kids were living with them,

If a baby has been living in a cage for one year, what do people expect? Of course the doggie is going to be “unruly” for a bit. Animals suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder the same way that humans do. They need time to adjust to their new surroundings and develop trust that they will be loved forever without experiencing the fear of being abandoned again by being dropped back off at the shelter because they’re “inconvenient.” We need to be patient with our animals, the same way that we need to be patient with our people. If we clean and love and give things enough time (as much time as it takes), we will eventually experience breakthroughs.
Ihaleakala talks about how we need to talk to ALL things (including your computer, house, etc.) — that these inanimate objects will feel a sense of love and empowerment. When he talks to the non-moving objects around him and teaches them how to clean, he’s heard them say back to him: “What??? You mean to say we have a choice too???” Amazing.
Talking to our animals and appreciating them on every level is always called for.
My husband and I found a stray dog who had been hit by a car 7 years ago. At the time, we were already going through hardship and so the idea of having to take on another pressure seemed exhaustive. Even so, I wasn’t willing to leave this responsibility to someone else so immediately, we took him to the vet whereby he underwent surgery and then we brought him back home to nurse him back to health. Since my husband wasn’t congruent about having a dog at that time in our lives, I did everything I could to find this pup a home. I did find a couple of homes who were considering him but my gut reaction told me not to go with them. Turns out, years later, I discovered that the one family we had interviewed believed in hitting dogs to submission and the other family put their dog down “just because she was a nuisance.” Thank God I listened to my intuition not to go with either one of them.
The happy ending is that we ended up keeping this baby (his name is Smooches) and it’s probably the best decision we ever made. He is our life.
Because Smooches was a street dog before we found him, he came into our lives with a lot of fear inside him. With his loved ones, he was the greatest dog you could ever have as your companion and protector but to the general public, he was a handful and sometimes dangerous. Still, though, we didn’t give up on Smooches. We spent years working with him, loving him, talking to him, taking him to dog training, going for daily car rides and walks, swimming, setting up play dates with other dogs in the park, etc. As a result of putting all of this time and energy into this being, he has turned into a completely different dog. Once, he even rescued a baby duck that was being attacked by a swan. Thick as Thieves divx I was so proud of him that day.

Not too long ago he was incessantly barking. I was busy, working in my office and didn’t have time to stop what I was doing. So, like a bad mommy, I called out to him over my shoulder and said, “Smooches! Shhhhhhh!” Well that only worked for a moment until he started barking again. Fortunately, it occurred to me that he was upset about something and his cries shouldn’t be ignored. I stopped everything I was doing and I went over to him and saw that he was barking at the workers who had showed up to work on the outside of the house. It dawned on me that Smooches’ household role is SECURITY and no one bothered to tell him what was happening.
I knelt down in front of him and held him. As I did so, I said, “I’m sorry, honey. Mommy forgot to tell you that we’re having all the rain gutters replaced and these men outside will be here for the next 2 days working on them. Daddy and I knew they were coming but we never thought to tell you about it. You do such a GREAT job keeping the family safe and roaming the property all day and night, making sure that everything is as it should be. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We are so blessed to know you and we thank you for taking your job as a guard dog so seriously. We appreciate and love you so much! Come…follow me and let me show you where the workers will be.”
He’s a smart dog. As soon as I started talking to him, he got very still and focused on everything I was saying. He followed me from window to window as I pointed out where each worker was. I told him that he didn’t have anything to worry about and that all was well.

Would you believe that he was quiet ever since? The incessant barking at the windows stopped and we all experienced peace for the next two days. And even better, Smooches didn’t have to spend the next 48 hours in a state of alarm, feeling angst and confusion. But because I told him what was up, he could relax, which he did.
That is just one story out of a hundred that I have regarding the amazing experiences I’ve had with Smooches and other animals in my life.
We just need to take the time to understand each other. If we are willing to put in the time it takes to help one another, then healing can occur.

Zannie –(my spiritual name is Zennia by the way so we’re only a couple vowel changes away from sharing the same name – ha!) — I commend you for your services at the animal shelter. These babies are all so lucky to be around someone who can understand and appreciate the importance of cleaning.
Ihaleakala would say to you to talk to these animals and say something like: “Would you like to go home now? Would you like to be with a family and love them unconditionally and be loved in return? I’m going to teach you how to clean so that you can manifest this for yourself now.” And so, you teach them to clean so they can be released from their cages and enter a loving, safe and permanent environment. Isn’t it amazing how we are able to help in an entirely different way than we ever realized?
My Spiritual Teacher once told me: “Honor All Life” and I intend to do just that and spread the word
